Intercooler Kit

SPELAB Intercooler Kit ( Intercooler + Intercooler Pipe )

An intercooler kit is a performance upgrade designed to improve the cooling efficiency of a forced induction system, typically found in turbocharged or supercharged engines.An intercooler kit usually includes the following components:

Intercooler The core component of the kit, the intercooler is responsible for cooling the intake air. 
Intercooler Pipe The kit includes specially designed aluminum or stainless steel piping.The piping is usually larger in diameter and optimized for smooth airflow.
Hose Clamps Stainless steel hose clamps secure the silicone or rubber hoses to the intercooler and piping, ensuring a tight and leak-free fit.
Silicone/Rubber Hoses These high-quality hoses connect the various components of the intercooler system and can withstand high temperatures and pressure.
Mounting Brackets and Hardware The kit may include brackets and hardware required for proper mounting and installation of the intercooler and related components.
Throttle Body Coupler (if applicable) In some kits, a throttle body coupler might be included to connect the intercooler piping to the throttle body.

  • Reduce air intake temperatures
  • Cast aluminum end tanks withstand high boost pressures
  • TIG-welded for increased durability

In addition to the intercooler kit, spelab also includes egr delete kit, dpf delete pipe, ccv reroute, radiator, valve cover, etc.

Good material, good prices, Only the flanges need to adapt, perfect fit just need modifications in the connection to the pipes, different angle 📐 flange need more than 90 degrees to fit the pipes , other than that is perfect fit in the engine M54, my chassis is E46 thanks for the product
