Collection: Powerstroke CCV
If you drive a 2011–2024 Ford F250, F350, or F450 with a 6.7L Powerstroke engine, keeping your CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) system in top shape is crucial to long-term performance. The factory CCV system on 6.7 Powerstroke trucks recirculates oil vapor into the intake, which over time leads to clogged sensors, gummed-up intercooler piping, and reduced turbo efficiency. That’s why diesel owners are turning to SPELAB’s 6.7 Powerstroke CCV delete kits and reroute systems—to eliminate these problems for good. Whether you're commuting daily or towing heavy loads, upgrading your Powerstroke CCV system helps keep your intake clean and combustion strong.
Why the Factory CCV System Fails on the 6.7 Powerstroke
From the 2015 Ford F350 6.7L Powerstroke to the 2022 F250 Super Duty, the factory-installed CCV system prioritizes emissions compliance over long-term performance. However, as miles accumulate, this design reveals several critical flaws.
One major issue lies in the CCV filter on a 6.7 Powerstroke. As the filter becomes saturated with oil mist, internal crankcase pressure begins to rise. This can lead to oil being forced past turbo seals, valve cover gaskets, and intercooler connections—resulting in oil leaks, power loss, and costly repairs.
In addition, the recycled blow-by gases re-enter the intake system, coating the MAP and IAT sensors with oily residue. Over time, this contamination reduces airflow efficiency, raises exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and increases the risk of carbon buildup—especially on trucks equipped with EGR systems.
Upgrading to a 6.7 Powerstroke CCV delete kit or reroute system solves these problems by redirecting oil vapor away from the intake and maintaining stable pressure levels inside the crankcase.
SPELAB 6.7 Powerstroke CCV Delete Kits: Built for Real-World Performance
SPELAB’s CCV delete kits for 6.7 Powerstroke trucks are purpose-built to eliminate oil vapor recirculation and protect your intake system. Whether you’re running a 2017 Ford F250 6.7L Powerstroke as a tow rig or a daily-driven 2020 F350 Super Duty, these kits help maintain engine health under real-world conditions.
Each 6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute system includes reinforced hoses, CNC-machined billet adapters, and—depending on the model—an integrated or external catch can for advanced oil mist separation. The result? Lower EGTs, cleaner sensors, and extended turbocharger life. It's not just a delete—it’s a long-term upgrade engineered for Powerstroke reliability.
Choose the Right 6.7 Powerstroke CCV Reroute Kit for Your Build
SPELAB offers multiple CCV reroute solutions for the 6.7 Powerstroke, each tailored to meet different driving styles and performance needs. Whether you’re daily driving, hauling heavy loads, or pushing a tuned setup, there’s a kit designed specifically for your use case.
-
Function Reroute + Internal Catch Can – This compact, integrated design is ideal for factory-look builds or light performance upgrades. It tucks neatly into the engine bay without requiring major modifications.
-
Internal + External Catch Can Combo – Dual-stage oil separation provides maximum blow-by control. Recommended for high-mileage trucks, hot climates, or towing-intensive setups where oil vapor is a constant concern.
-
Basic Reroute Kit (No Catch Can) – The simplest option for off-road or race-use builds. Lightweight and easy to install, it vents crankcase gases without recirculating them into the intake system.
SPELAB’s modular approach gives Powerstroke owners the flexibility to upgrade based on how they use their truck—not a one-size-fits-all solution, but a system built around your specific needs.
What’s Included in a SPELAB CCV Delete Kit for 6.7 Powerstroke
Each 6.7 Powerstroke CCV delete kit from SPELAB comes with a carefully engineered set of components designed to ensure complete oil vapor isolation and stable crankcase pressure. The core of the system is a precision-machined billet CCV block-off plate, which replaces the factory vent port or filter assembly. Silicone or braided hoses reroute blow-by gases to a safer exit path, while optional catch cans with internal baffling trap oil mist before it contaminates your intake system. Kits also include clamps, mounting hardware, and detailed installation instructions, making them a bolt-on solution for those looking to clean up their engine bay and reduce long-term maintenance.
Compatible With All 6.7 Powerstroke Model Years – From 2011 to 2024
SPELAB’s CCV delete kits for 6.7 Powerstroke are engineered to fit a wide range of Super Duty trucks, covering all model years from 2011 to 2024.
Whether you’re working on a first-generation 2012 F250 or a brand-new 2024 Ford F350, our kits offer direct-fit compatibility without the need for:
-
❌ Cutting
-
❌ Welding
-
❌ Tuning
Each system is designed around OEM mounting points and airflow geometry, making installation straightforward—even for DIY users with basic tools.
For earlier platforms like the 2008–2010 6.4L Powerstroke, SPELAB also offers specialized reroute kits to accommodate the integrated valve cover design and tighter engine bay layout.
Designed for Real Powerstroke Use Cases – From Daily Driving to Heavy Towing
SPELAB’s CCV reroute kits aren’t built for theory—they’re engineered for real diesel drivers. Whether your truck is a daily commuter, a dedicated workhorse, or a tow rig hauling fifth wheels, we have a solution tailored to how you actually use your engine.
Recommended setups by use case:
-
Daily Drivers & Lightly Tuned Builds
Use the Function Reroute + Internal Catch Can for a clean install and minimal maintenance. It keeps oil out of your intake without cluttering your engine bay. -
Heavy Towing, Hot Climates, or High Mileage
Choose the Internal + External Catch Can Combo for maximum oil vapor separation and extended engine protection under load. -
Off-Road or Race Use
Go with the Basic Reroute Kit if you’re building a stripped-down performance setup. It vents pressure efficiently while reducing intake contamination.
SPELAB kits are designed to be modular, so you can upgrade or adapt your configuration as your build evolves.
Legal Notice and Maintenance Tips for 6.7 Powerstroke CCV Delete Kits
Before installing a CCV delete kit on your 6.7 Powerstroke, it’s important to understand local emissions regulations. In many U.S. states, removing or bypassing emissions-related components—including the factory CCV system—is not legal for on-road use. These kits are typically intended for off-road, race, or competition vehicles only.
That said, proper use and maintenance of your 6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute system can offer long-term benefits:
-
Check your catch can every 3,000–5,000 miles and drain if necessary
-
Ensure hoses and fittings remain secure, especially under boost
-
Clean or replace your breather filter periodically (for open systems)
-
No ECU tuning is required after installation, making setup simple for most trucks
Using a CCV delete 6.7 Powerstroke kit responsibly ensures your engine stays clean and efficient—especially when paired with other airflow upgrades like EGR or intake elbow deletes.

Great quality part, and looks awesome!

Everything fit like a glove aside from hose. The 5/8” hose provided is not very long. Had to obtain from auto parts store to complete neatly. Also missing gasket for oil side of turbo. Had to obtain from dealership. Great product aside from these issues.

Great product. Good price for an aluminum cover with all the extras. Fill, drain and fluid level view window are great options. Top notch product.

05 LLY Duramax. I soaked bolts for days in a penetration oil, used heat and had a bolt break off in turbo, which made install miserable. I also did mine while transmission was out. This would not be easy with transmission attached, just a FYI. Great product, decent shipping, but not sure what the bolts that came with it are for, because they were not even close to stock up pipe bolts. Had to retain stock mounting hardware!!

Awesome people and products an I will be using yall on all my builds I got three more trucks to do maybe put some instructions in for none mechanical people would be very helpful I bin working on disel hevy equipment for over 30 years I know where everything gos an how it works just put 2016 engine in 2012 truck just had few changes but all good

Quality product, carefully packed and quickly shipped. Very happy customer here.

I was surprised when I removed the DPF/SCR and replaced it with a straight pipe with a high flow muffler… and it was quiet. But I don’t have to worry about getting pulled over. Easy install, very straightforward. Would buy again. Shipped fast! But if you want louder pipes, consider the straight pipe.

Great product, well made, fit is perfect. Hardware sent is a little short in my opinion so I reused factory hardware. Turned out great.

Great product and comes with everything you need.

In my opinion best bang for your buck and very trustworthy company and had in stock

Great kit but I like the black bracket for the water pipe and exhaust temp sensor.

The installation is easy and smooth.

They make the parts affordable thank the lord, got the website from my mechanic but he never tried them yet- I gave them a shot now I get it

I’ve bought this part two times now for different trucks and it works great highly recommend!

The exhaust sounds amazing. And very easy to install. Only complaint would be packaging. UPS destroys the box when delivered, if there were better Cushioning within the box, less likely to be damaged.
