We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims to ensure a clear and straightforward process.


Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Self-Service Cancellation: Orders can be canceled directly by you through your account page or the order confirmation page within 6 hours of placement.

  • Manual Cancellation: If you are unable to cancel the order yourself, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at service@spelabautoparts.com.

Important Note: An order cannot be canceled once it has entered the shipping phase and is marked as "Fulfilled."


Return & Exchange

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (For Any Reason)

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. This includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional gifts, all of which must also be in good condition. Any product returned with damage, wear, or missing components will not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refund: The original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The refund will be for the cost of the product(s) only.

Returns for Quality-Related Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a return for a full refund or exchange, and SPELAB will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us as outlined below.

  • Damaged in Transit: You must notify us at service@spelabautoparts.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at service@spelabautoparts.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect within 14 days of delivery, you are eligible for a return or exchange. For issues discovered after 14 days, please refer to our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

General Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: To initiate a return or exchange, please email our Customer Service team at service@spelabautoparts.com. Your email must include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item(s) and packaging.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will provide you with Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions. The email will specify the return address and the method for return shipping. Please do not send any items back to us without receiving prior authorization and shipping instructions, as returns sent without our consent may not be accepted or processed.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item(s) within 2-4 business days. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.


Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

  • Refund Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

  • Limitation of Liability: The refund amount will not exceed the original order total paid. SPELAB is not liable for any ancillary fees, including but not limited to currency conversion charges, payment processing fees, or other third-party platform fees.


Warranty

SPELAB warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers product failures due to manufacturing defects discovered under normal use. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all claims.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.

  • Products that have been improperly installed, altered, or modified.

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or natural disasters.

  • Consumable parts designed to diminish over time.

  • Any labor costs associated with the removal or installation of the product.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Submit a Claim: To make a warranty claim, please email service@spelabautoparts.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the defect.

  2. Claim Review: Our technical team will review your claim. We may require additional information or that the product be returned for inspection.

  3. Resolution: If the claim is approved, SPELAB will, at its sole discretion, either:
    a) Repair the defective product;
    b) Replace the defective product;
    c) Send the replacement parts to fix the issue.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPELAB shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the product.
