Dodge Ram 5.9L/6.7L Valve Cover Installation
The valve cover fit well and looks great however, I am very disappointed with how much oil comes out the breathers. I will be ordering a BMP 4 port catch can soon.

The valve cover looks cool and is easy to install. But it doesnt have a baffle so it spews allot of oil out. You are kinda forced into getting a catch can if you use this. Also run the risk of your catch can hoses coming loose or dry rotting over time.
Very well built. Looks great and cleaned up the engine bay nicely. No baffling so be sure to get a high flow catch can. The small type will blow oil all over the engine bay
Would like to see a little better job cleaning the parts before shipping them out to customers as I had to clean a lot of metal shavings out of the inside of the valve cover that would have made it to the inside of my engine and to the ones that don’t know any better and just put it on their truck but other than that outstanding job of quality work for the price thank yall

Had a bit of trouble with the oil coming out of breather had to buy an Black Market oil catch can
Came to me in great shape fit perfectly looks fantastic. Just really need the catch can back in stock. Have a fair amount of oil under the truck currently without it. Will be happy to get that resolved. ‘07 5.9l Cummins
Where does the air flow go now ?
The product itself is amazing! The only problem is there were no instructions packed with the product. Also the O rings broke when screwing into the product. Had to buy a bit thicker ones.

Awesome valve cover easy install, had issues with the O-rings, oil was getting past them so I put a metal washer on between the valve cover and O-ring and that stopped the oil seeping past the O-ring. One other issue I had was with the oil catch can and oil blowing out the breather, so I drilled a hole in the bottom of the canister and then tapped a 3/8 thread and installed a barbed fitting and then ran a hose down to the factory drain tube that drains back into the oil pan.
Don’t run it out the two hoses with out a catch can it will just pump out oil the hole time it’s running
I couldn’t get the cap to seat on the rubber o ring on the first valve cover. Spelab got my picture and rushed me a new one. Hell they even changed the color for me because I thought black would look better. Their Black Friday sale made it a much better value then any competitor by far.
I bought a billet aluminum raw finished valve cover and wanted something different, no maintenance. So I’ve taken the valve cover to a plating shop to have it chromed.i will post pictures in the future

The valve cover is great. The oil catch can kit that it comes with is not so great. Spit oil all over the engine through the filter and on my driveway. You should probably sell the catch can thats out of stock as the combo sale instead of the small one. You guys sell the oil catch can I need but it's put of stock

Nice to have an Affordable option to the $1500.00 plastic stock one. Lo e the fact the road draft tube is gone and it will vent thru the upgraded catch can. I wish I had realized bout the catch can before I ordered as I now have the base can on the shelf. Other than that the only other co cern is the Allen bolts. The 2 rear ones are a pain in the azz. Fit and finish are perfect.
6.7 Cummins billet valve cover Had a very nice surface, all milling work looked good.
Product was perfect, worked as said it would. Used one port for crankcase vent and other for bypass oil return hose. Pulled out one bagel on oil hose side so as not to restrict oil flow. Test drove 250 miles all was great. Fantastic part for reasonable , great price. The American way, make a great product. That looks good and works. Thanks Tom

Love the valve cover but not a fan of it having a 6mm allan head for the bolts, I would prefer a 5/16 or 8mm hex bolt instead that resembles the factory bolt

Everything so far has fit up good and makes the engine bay look nice and clean. So far it’s been an easy install I still need to do the grid heater delete but, I’ll have to do it when I get time. Good products and good price
