Jeep Exhaust Header
Exhaust headers, sometimes referred to as "header pipes" or simply "headers," are an aftermarket performance upgrade commonly used in Jeep and other off-road vehicle applications.
| Improved Exhaust Flow | One of the primary reasons people install aftermarket headers is to improve the flow of exhaust gases from the engine cylinders. |
| Enhanced Engine Sound | Headers can change the exhaust note of your Jeep's engine. They often produce a more aggressive and noticeable exhaust tone. |
| Increased Horsepower and Torque | Due to the improved exhaust flow, headers can contribute to increased horsepower and torque. This performance gain is more noticeable in high-performance or modified engines. |
| Engine Bay Temperature Reduction | This can reduce engine bay temperatures and potentially benefit engine components. |

Surprisingly fast shipping and decent quality with half of big brands price... will come back!
fits well, would be better with instruction.
love this red! Customer support is also very helpful. Hope it will last.
Love it! Fits my 2017 F250.
The fitment was fantastic And it went together really well and fast
Great shipping. Great product. Was easy to install even though I had to cut some pipe off but overall happy with product
Solid intake manifold, no fitment issues.
Fit perfect and was of high quality material I have had the plate on my truck for about 2 weeks now and it is working great thanks SPELAB
The cold air intake was easy and fast to install. it looks great and boosted my truck up a little for performance without breaking the bank. it’s the best bang for your buck even if your truck is stock or built it’s worth the money
hard parts are amazing and everything went together great
Install was easy and straightforward. Everything lined up nice. Peace of mind knowing there are no worries about potential destroying my engine, due to a nut.
Highly recommend for 2009-14 F150 4x4 3.5 ecobeast!
Installed myself at home took a little over a week for everything to show up, install went tough but that was the trucks fault parts were all good and the tunes run smooth, getting a little over 2 mpg average better fuel economy definitely worth the money.
Made my truck run much better without having to worry about the grid heater bolt falling down in cylinder 6
So far it looks nice and fit pretty well.
Jeep Exhaust Header FAQS
Fitments include 1991–1995 Wrangler YJ (2.5L L4) and 1997–1999 Wrangler TJ (2.5L L4). Verify your year and engine size before ordering.
Aftermarket headers on the 2.5L typically add 8–15 hp and improve low-end torque, most noticeable during trail climbing, towing, and off-throttle transitions.
Headers retain all OEM O2 sensor bungs. However, regulations vary by state — confirm your local off-road vs. street-use emissions rules before installing.
A home install is possible with basic hand tools and a torque wrench. Allow the engine to cool completely; expect 2–4 hours for YJ/TJ with tight engine bay access.
Yes. Run three heat cycles (idle to operating temp, cool fully) to cure any header coating and allow gaskets to seat. Retorque all bolts after the first cycle.
It fits 2006–2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi V8 — not a Jeep header. It's listed here but ships as part of SPELAB's Dodge performance catalog.
