Notice: The Silicone Boot and intake manifold have a tight fit. For easier installation, we suggest putting the clamp on the Silicone Boot first, then attaching the boot to the intake manifold before installing the completed assembly in your vehicle.

Q: What is the difference between the "Cold Side" and "Full Kit" options?
A: The Cold Side option replaces the pipe going from the intercooler to the engine intake—this is the most critical upgrade as the stock plastic pipe often bursts. The Full Kit adds the Hot Side pipe (Turbo to Intercooler), which replaces the restrictive factory resonator pipe for even better sound and flow.

Q: Will this fit my 2017 or 2018 Powerstroke?
A: No. While the manifold fits 2011-2019, the intercooler piping layout changed in 2017. This specific bundle is designed for the 2011-2016 model years.

Q: Do I have to remove the EGR system to install this manifold?
A: Yes. The SPELAB High-Flow Manifold is designed to replace the factory unit and does not have provisions for the factory EGR cooler. An EGR delete kit and appropriate tuning are required.
