I installed this on my 09 ram 6.7 3rd gen Cummins looks great and works great no leaks easy install highly recommend now I need to get the red one and silver one to change up the look thanks so much SPELAB
Works as it should. The only thing that would change or dont like is how the bolts are not recessed down into the block of plate a little bit. I also feel like the bolts could be slightly longer.

Installed on my 2024 Ram 3500 with the HO Cummins and a Banks intake. Sealed perfectly, matches the red Banks intake nicely and the holes align correctly with the intake. That might sound like a small thing but I ordered a different brand of plate previously which did not match the bolt pattern quite right, had a lousy paint job, and looked cheap. This one looks good and fits right. Spelab communication isn’t very good but I got the part reasonably quickly so can’t complain.
