This 6.7 Cummins EGR Delete Kit helps off-road 2009–2025 Ram 2500/3500 owners reduce EGR soot buildup, improve coolant routing, lower engine heat, and support cleaner tuned diesel performance.
EGR Delete Kit For 6.7 2009-2025 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 Overview
We don't cut corners when it comes to diesel performance. Our EGR Delete Kit completely eliminates the restrictive EGR system while optimizing your engine's cooling efficiency - because real power comes from smart engineering, not factory limitations.
Why Just Block Off When You Can Upgrade?
While basic kits simply block the EGR, our system actively improves coolant flow by rerouting to the hottest part of your Dodge Ram 6.7L Diesel engine - between cylinders #5 and #6. No more dumping coolant where it's not needed. Just precision temperature management where it matters most.

The list above covers the base EGR hardware. Intake-manifold and throttle-valve combinations add the named package; their additional hardware is not part of every EGR selection.
Function & Benefits
- Reduce repeat EGR maintenance: The 6.7L Cummins EGR Delete Kit closes the recirculation path, limiting new EGR-fed intake soot and eliminating service of the removed EGR valve and cooler.
- Reroute the cooler-related coolant connection: The silicone hose and adapter complete the revised coolant path. The listed routing targets the rear-cylinder area between cylinders #5 and #6 rather than simply capping both cooler connections.
- Support the remaining lines and fittings: The engine-mounted DDC bracket provides mounting support without relying on exhaust studs; mounting details depend on the truck and selected configuration.
- Coordinate related intake work: Select the Intake Manifold or Throttle Valve Delete combination when that additional hardware is part of the job, rather than expecting it in the base EGR package.
