Ordered a All-in-one delete kit as noted above, the programmer came blank. We reach out to get rectified, and it takes 24 hours to get a response. Your live chat isn't live, as they have 24 hours to respond to that too. Purchased 21 days ago as noted above also and the truck is still sitting in my shop unusable and in the way of other work. Would love a HUMAN to call me as requested multiple times.

Be more detailed but overall great product, install wasn’t bad at all, unfortunately snapped oil dipstick tube following instructions but other than that I would say the plugs in the intake could’ve been put in prior rather than leaving room for install error
