Did Exactly What it Was Purchased To Do

It came with everything needed to do the job. I was pleased with the parts. Everything seemed to line up and fit well. The downside I will say is that when I eventually received the tuner, the switch never came and it was supposedly on backorder but I was not notified of this. SPELAB was very responsive and did make sure I got the switch as soon as possible. I went with the 4” pipe and I’m happy with the feel and sound. Inside the truck the exhaust almost sounds factory. So little droning in the cab. Definitely does not sound stock when I lower the windows

Will it affect how my truck shifts or the smoothness of the shifting? Just curious before I throw it onto the truck.

This may indirectly affect the smoothness of gear changes. As engine torque, throttle response and boost build-up speed change, the gearbox will experience different loads, which may result in harsher or faster gear changes, slight jerks, or a change in the sensation of the gearbox holding a gear. If you notice any unusual gear changes, you may wish to consider having the gearbox recalibrated.
