DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)
Factory DPF clogs with soot during short trips, triggers frequent forced regenerations, raises exhaust backpressure, reduces power, increases fuel consumption, and risks clogged exhaust, overheating, or expensive DPF replacement failures. -
EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation System)
Recirculates hot sooty exhaust into intake manifold, causing carbon buildup, clogged intake valves, turbo fouling, rough idle, and premature engine wear. Stuck EGR valves also trigger check-engine lights constantly. -
DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid / SCR System)
