Factory Pain Points & Reason for Deletion

  • DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)
    Factory DPF clogs with soot during short trips, triggers frequent forced regenerations, raises exhaust backpressure, reduces power, increases fuel consumption, and risks clogged exhaust, overheating, or expensive DPF replacement failures.
  • EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation System)
    Recirculates hot sooty exhaust into intake manifold, causing carbon buildup, clogged intake valves, turbo fouling, rough idle, and premature engine wear. Stuck EGR valves also trigger check-engine lights constantly.
  • DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid / SCR System)
    DEF injectors, tanks, sensors, and pumps are prone to crystallization, freezing, leaks, and sensor faults, leading to derated engine power and costly repair bills.
  • Restrictive Stock Exhaust
    Small-diameter factory piping creates high exhaust restriction, choking turbo flow and limiting potential horsepower and torque output.
