If you drive a 6.7L Cummins, you know the factory grid heater is a ticking time bomb. The retaining bolt is notorious for breaking off and dropping directly into cylinder #6, causing catastrophic engine damage that costs thousands to repair. We upgraded the construction from 201 to premium T-304 Stainless Steel, maximizing corrosion resistance and structural strength under extreme heat and boost.

True "Dent-Free" Airflow
Older designs (and competitor models) feature a crushed "dent" in the pipe to clear the factory fuel line. We eliminated that dent. Our new manifold is perfectly round for 100% unrestricted airflow.
By integrating a high-wattage heating coil directly into this massive, perfectly smooth 3.5" manifold, you get the ultimate trifecta: zero risk of a dropped bolt, immediate cold-weather starts, and a massive rush of unrestricted airflow for faster turbo spooling and lower EGTs.
Note: If installing this manifold with a Grid Heater Delete Plate, an IAT Sensor Extension Harness is required. The factory wiring is too short for the new sensor position. Ensure a perfect, plug-and-play fit by adding the harness to your order.
