Key Features

DPF Delete

  • Before Delete: The factory DPF clogs easily with soot, triggers forced regeneration, raises exhaust backpressure, puts the truck into limp mode frequently, worsens fuel economy, and costs a fortune to replace.

EGR Delete

  • Before Delete: Stock EGR feeds hot, soot-filled exhaust back into the intake, causing heavy carbon buildup, leaking or blown EGR coolers, high engine operating temperature, sluggish throttle response and even severe engine damage.
  • After Delete: Blocks the EGR passages and bypasses the cooling circuit properly. It stops contaminated exhaust gas from re-entering the engine, minimizes carbon deposits, lowers overall engine heat, eliminates EGR system failure risks and sharpens throttle sensitivity.

Gen-2 CCV Reroute

  • Upgraded Gen-2 CCV Reroute: One-piece CNC billet aluminum build for leakproof sealing, eliminating multi-piece gasket failure issues. Exclusive Clean-Route™ tech paired with our extended 7m hose (vs. 1.88m hose) safely diverts all blow-by fumes straight to the tailpipe, keeping your truck cabin completely odor-free.
  • After Reroute: Vents crankcase pressure and oil fumes out of the engine bay instead of recycling them. It prevents oil sludge buildup on the turbo and intake parts, stabilizes crankcase pressure, reduces oil seal leaks and extends the service life of key intake components.

Note: Off-road use only, aftermarket tune required.
