THE END OF PLASTIC CRACKS & AIRFLOW RESTRICTIONS

Stop replacing your factory plastic manifold every 50k miles. The SPELAB Cast Aluminum Intake Manifold is engineered to solve two major problems: the infamous P200C engine code caused by plastic failure, and the hidden airflow bottleneck inside the OEM design. With a massive 3.5-inch unrestricted bore, this manifold increases effective flow volume by over 45% compared to the choked-down stock unit.

ELIMINATES THE "2.5-INCH" INTERNAL CHOKE POINT

Don't be fooled by the exterior. While the OEM plastic manifold appears to have a 3.0" inlet, it internally narrows down to approximately 2.15" - 2.5" due to EGR humps and structural reinforcements. This creates a hidden choke point that starves your engine.

The SPELAB Difference: We maintain a True 3.5-inch (88.9mm) internal diameter from start to finish. By removing these internal restrictions, we achieve smooth, laminar airflow that drastically lowers EGTs and speeds up turbo spool.

300% STRONGER THAN OEM PLASTIC

The factory composite plastic becomes brittle under heat cycles, leading to cracks, blown gaskets, and boost leaks (P200C Code). SPELAB replaces this weak link with Heat-Treated Cast Aluminum, rated to withstand engine bay temperatures over 400°F and boost pressures exceeding 50+ PSI without warping.

COMPETITION READY ARCHITECTURE

Designed for the serious enthusiast. This manifold serves as the perfect foundation for high-flow piping kits, EGR delete configurations, and race tuning. Its leak-proof two-piece design allows for precise port matching that single-piece molds cannot achieve.

PLUG & PLAY: NO TUNING REQUIRED

Unlike other performance upgrades that require expensive ECU flashing, the SPELAB manifold is engineered to work seamlessly with your stock calibration. It retains the factory MAP sensor location and geometry, ensuring your truck runs perfectly from the first start. (Note: While not required, custom tuning is recommended to fully maximize the airflow gains.)

PREMIUM POWDER-COATED FINISH

Available in Black, Red, or Silver. Our high-temp powder coating provides superior protection against corrosion, oil, and engine grime compared to bare aluminum. It not only outperforms the stock plastic in durability but also upgrades the look of your engine bay.

Notice: The Silicone Boot and intake manifold have a tight fit. For easier installation, we suggest putting the clamp on the Silicone Boot first, then attaching the boot to the intake manifold before installing the completed assembly in your vehicle.
