Coolant Reservoir for 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Coolant Overflow Tank | SPELAB

Coolant Reservoir (Degas) for 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke|SPELAB-852

The factory plastic reservoir on your Ford 6.7L Powerstroke often turns brittle, cloudy, and leak-prone over time. SPELAB’s upgrade is a direct-fit replacement, made from TIG-welded 6061 aluminum for maximum strength and durability.

Why Upgrade to SPELAB?

SPELAB’s 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum coolant reservoir is TIG-welded and pressure-tested to deliver unmatched durability and leak resistance. Unlike stock plastic tanks made from two sealed halves, our one-piece aluminum design eliminates common failure points like cracking and seam separation.

  • High-Pressure Resistance – Designed to withstand extreme operating conditions.

Metal degas bottle

Good kit came with all the hardware and looks better than the stock bottle. Had to reach out for instructions but they were very helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was no option for the billet cap and that was something I was looking forward to getting over the stock cap. But came in a week from ordering with all other hardware. Would get some different screw clamps though there’s are just ridges over the traditional which has the slots.

I don't understand the why there is 2 styles for the 2019 f250 6.7, 50% burnish and burnish. The tanks are shaped differently but it says both fit. Also where is the part# for the billet cap, Thanks

SPELAB

Thank you for your inquiry. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. ‘50% burnish’ refers to a discount voucher; we have contacted our operations team to amend the webpage. Unfortunately, we do not have a record of the part number. For further information, please contact us at: (service@spelabautoparts.com).
