This Stainless Steel Dual 2" Into Single 2-1/2" Loop Delete Y-Pipe (60595) made by SPELAB is made from premium T-304 stainless steel that is superior to anything else. This pipe is mandrel bent and is made using computer-controlled CNC manufacturing for precision and maximum flow. This helps Borla’s Y-Pipe to remain as the absolute best in performance and durability. The dual pipe starts at 2" and leads into a dual 2-1/2" pipe.

What does a downpipe do?

The downpipe on your turbocharged vehicle is directing the exhaust gases out of the turbine housing into the exhaust system. An aftermarket downpipe will typically be larger in diameter and either uses a high-flowing catalytic converter or remove the catalytic converter altogether.

By removing the factory downpipe and replacing it with a high flowing unit you are allowing the turbo to more efficiently move gases away from the turbine which creates more power. Since the factory restrictions are now gone you can increase the boost on the vehicle as the factory downpipe is a choking point for performance.

The 5' exhaust with the 6" tip looks and sounds really good. The egr delete its made really nice and fits perfect and looks good.

Good kit, even better price point.

Overall, great kit. Wish I would have ordered the can bus plugs at the same time. A few modifications were needed to make everything work but nothing too difficult if you can tackle this type of work to begin with.

Fixed the problem

With my old kit that kept leaking, an abnormal seal size and changed colors as the plastic got warm. I installed the Spelab kit and fits good and have the reassurance of the locking ring to keep it in.
