Function:
Protects the differential, seals the differential, stores differential fluid.
Innovative points:

The 10 bolt cover fit the Dana 60 on the front of my 2011 F350 almost prefectly. I needed to debur the inside I bit, so I was comfortable with installing it, and the bolts that come with it are novelty, as they should be standard hex with a flange and shoulder instead of an Allen with pointless lock washers, but other than that, good cover, good design.
I was impressed with the build quality. And very happy with the cover features: fill plug, drain plug, sight glass, nice paint, cooling fins and machined channels on the inside to direct fluid flow. I also put in some AMSOIL diff fluid. A winning combo. Love that gasket and premium hardware is included. A much better deal than the Banks cover. This cover will cool plenty abd direct fluids where it needs to go. I’m happy with my investment and highly recommend.
Part does in fact not fit as it states. Customer service is nonexistent.
This cover went on easy. It looks great, too. Make sure you get a Lub Locker gasket though. It is far superior to any other gaskets. I like the 2 plugs for fill and drain. The 1/8 sensor hole is great too. I plan to put in a temp sensor in each diff. The sight glass for fill is convenient.

Great packaging and quality but if you’re buying this for a Dana 80 dually ford it will say on the site that it fits but it doesn’t fit

I have a question is the 10 bolt hole for the rear and the 10 bolt hole for the front rear the same one because I need it for the front rear and it says you guys are out of stock but you guys have it for the back rear and it looks like The model number is the same
