This Cut Out Valve System Kit is specifically designed for single exhaust pipe and made to enhance the performance and power of your vehicle by remotely controlling of cutout valve. The faster the exhaust could be pushed out of the engine, the faster the combustion process could start over which give more horsepower. Aggressive deep sound while ensures smooth exhaust gas flow.
One-Touch Loudness: 2.0/2.5/3.0 Inch Electric Exhaust Cutout Valve Kit fit for all types of vehicles. Note: please make sure you have enough space to install before purchase and make sure your exhaust size is 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 inch.
Cutout Valve: High-quality chrome-plated steel butterfly plate and valve pipe wall thickening process. You can turn on and off from the inside of the car by remote control. Turn off the switch, keep your original, peaceful exhaust system for comfortable. Turn on the switch, you can get aggressive deep sound. The opening angle of the cutout valve can be freely controlled.
Working Voltage: 12V. Working Temperature: 0℃-150℃. If below -5℃, the oil in the motor will be frozen and causing the butterfly valve to be stuck. Electric Exhaust Cutout is not recommended to start work in heavy rain or extremely cold weather, the valve motor is NOT WATERPROOF.

Amazing craftsmanship for the price, only beef is it could be powder coated a little higher where the cap goes on an maybe a little bit nicer of a cap but overall 5/5, very impressed.

Kit was complete every thing lined up and I do have more power and better mpg. Customer service helped when FedEx wasn’t delivering once customer service called them. I received the parts in two days.
Super easy install everything needed was included looks amazing
After adding mine to the car, it looks fantastic. Blends in with the engine bay and doesn't look terrible with the plastic OEM one. It was easy to swap out. The only issue I have is that there is no actual cold marker on the reservoir so I had refilled as the instructions said and it pushed the extra into the overflow tank and it is now overfilled and leaking. I also think having a mount for the batter cable to reattach would be good so the cable isn't laying against the tank would be great. Outside of that it looks great and so far haven't seen any over heating issues.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the CCV kit.
If you pipe the end of the CCV hose into your exhaust, this kit is perfect. However, if it is not set up that way, the oil fumes are a bit much for me.

It is an awesome product! Worked great wish there was more videos to watch to help. Watch out for them manifold bolts Thell get ya.
This looks so much beater than the rusty oem. Also like being able to see the diff oil level thru the sight glass. Also makes for easy fill and drain for regular maintenance.
Install was easy it just took a minute to get around to do it due to life.. Great product! Will purchase more parts in the future through Spelab!
I was really impressed with the quality of the welds, bends, and overall fitment. I added a 51" straight through muffler to the 5" kit and it sounds great. Nice tone at idle and when you get on it but it is quiet on the highway and when cruising
it looks great but fitment was a huge pain for the shop to fit and requires quite a bit of cutting but other than that im happy with it
The down pipe is very well made and is a better fit in the tight space it has all the sensor holes and it’s already wrapped it heat tape it seems to be very well made I am very pleased with this down pipe.
Looks great. Fit on my 2023 Ford F150 Powerboost. I cut the spare tire crossmember off to get to it better. Happy to be able to change fluid easily. Dont know of long term performance yet. I've only had it installed for 3 weeks.
The installation was very self explanatory. I had more trouble removing the factory system as I didn’t have a sawsall on hand. I never quite figured out where exactly the U-bolt clamp went but I put it in the spot where it could reach the a hanger on the frame. Publishing instructions on a PDF file on the website would have been helpful for that to say the least. It definitely opened up some power on the truck and gave it A LOT more noise. I ended up ordering a muffler from SPELAB as well under the assumption that the muffler was made for the system and would go right in to which I was correct and it fit perfectly and cut down on the drone. The quality of the kit was great as well, the thickness of the tubing was great and rivaled other brands that used to make turbo back kits in the past. The clamps were an even nicer touch as they don’t crush the rope and makes it so much easier to service if the need were ever to arise, which with how great the quality of this kit was, I don’t see that happening. 10/10 would recommend this kit to anyone with the 04.5-07 platform, and have already. I’ll include some pictures of what it looked like once installed as well. Thanks guys!
