CAUTION!!! Never work on a hot vehicle. Serious injury in the form of burns can result if the vehicle has been in use. Allow vehicle to cool prior to installation. Always wear eye protection when working on or under any vehicle.

Installation Steps
Step 1: Disconnect the Turbo Outlet Charge Pipe
Disconnect turbo outlet charge pipe using an 11mm deep socket. Carefully remove charge pipe from turbo and move to the side.
Step 2: Disconnect the PCV Boost Assist Pipe
Using a 10mm socket, disconnect the PCV boost assist pipe from the backside of the turbo compressor outlet.
Step 3: Remove the Factory PCV System Bolts
Remove the 4 bolts from the factory PCV system. GM has used a one-way aluminum bolt to secure the PCV system, so a bolt extractor must be used to remove the 4 bolts.
Step 4: Install the Boost Block-Off Plate
Install the Boost Block-Off Plate on the back side of the turbo compressor outlet using 2 of the supplied short bolts.
Step 5: Install the Oil Fill Tube
Using the remaining 2 short bolts, install the Oil Fill Tube.
Step 6: Install the 90° Barbed Fitting
Install the 90° barbed fitting onto the new PCV Block, but do not tighten yet. (For RACE APPLICATIONS ONLY- Swap the AN Fitting and the PCV Plug, and use the supplied hose to reroute).
Step 7: Fasten the PCV Block
Using the 2 supplied long bolts, fasten the PCV Block.
Step 8: Install the Factory PCV Hose
Slide the supplied compression clamp onto the factory PCV hose, slide hose onto 90° fitting, and then remember to now tighten the 90° fitting so that it does not touch the Oil Fill Tube or factory crossover pipe.
Step 9: Verify All Hardware Has Been Tightened
Verify that all hardware has been tightened.
