We work with diesel performance shops, auto repair facilities, retail stores, and online resellers who can demonstrate an active business. Both brick-and-mortar shops and verified online sellers (eBay, Amazon, independent stores) are welcome to apply.

A valid business license or resale certificate, your business website or storefront link, and basic information about your sales channels and estimated monthly order volume.

Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your dealer account is approved and your tier level is confirmed.

Dealer pricing is tiered — the more you order, the deeper your discount. Your tier is reviewed periodically and can be upgraded automatically as your order volume grows.You can refer to the Dealer Benefits Form for specific details. The standard tiered dealer discount structure is 20% - 21% - 22% - 23% - 24% - 25% - 30%.

Profit margins vary by product category, mostly falling in the 20%-25% range. If you also charge labor fees for installation, the profits are usually much more substantial, which can boost your overall profit margin to 40%-55%.

Most products come with a 6 to 12 month warranty period. There is a dedicated after-sales process for dealers: customers submit warranty claims through the dealer portal, and our team will be directly responsible for product inspection and replacement.

Yes. Approved dealers get access to fitment charts, install documentation, and a direct technical support line for questions during installation or troubleshooting.

Yes, we offer drop-shipping for approved dealers. Orders can be shipped in neutral, unbranded packaging with no SPELAB invoice or packing slip included, so your end customer sees your store as the seller.

We have warehouses in multiple locations across the United States, and orders will be shipped directly from these US-based warehouses. Standard delivery is completed within 3-7 business days, while shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require 5-15 business days.

We will provide you with real-time updated product inventory information. For high-demand items, we will notify you in advance of the restocking schedule and offer alternative solutions for discontinued products, so that you can proactively manage your own product catalog.
