ALL-IN-ONE DIESEL DELETE KITS
Diesel Delete Kit Overview
A diesel delete kit is designed for off-road, racing, or competition diesel trucks that need matched parts for DPF, EGR, DEF, CCV, exhaust, and tuning-related upgrades. This collection works as a starting point for comparing diesel delete kit options by truck platform, included hardware, and installation requirements.
For many diesel owners, the goal is not only more power. A properly matched diesel delete kit can help reduce soot buildup, lower exhaust restriction, simplify emissions-related troubleshooting, and support smoother drivability during towing, highway use, or heavy-load off-road applications.
What Does a Diesel Delete Kit Include?
Not every diesel delete kit includes the same parts. Some products are complete all-in-one packages, while others focus on one part of the system, such as a DPF delete pipe, EGR delete kit, CCV reroute kit, or tuner package. Always check the product page for the exact included components before ordering.
- High-flow DPF delete pipe, downpipe, or exhaust section
- EGR delete components such as block-off plates and cooler-related hardware
- DEF-related delete components on supported applications
- CCV reroute or PCV-related components on selected kits
- Direct-fit clamps, flanges, gaskets, and mounting hardware where applicable
- Tuner, unlock, or tune package support on selected diesel delete kit options
Choose the Right Diesel Delete Kit
Diesel delete kit fitment is platform-specific. A kit should be selected by year, make, model, engine, cab configuration, included parts, and tuner requirements. If you already know your truck platform, use the dedicated collection pages below for a more specific match.
- For Ram and Cummins trucks, review 6.7L Cummins diesel delete options.
- For Chevy and GMC Duramax trucks, compare Duramax all-in-one delete kits.
- For Ford Super Duty Powerstroke trucks, browse Powerstroke all-in-one delete kits.
Diesel Delete Kit Parts and Supporting Components
If you are not buying a full all-in-one package, you may need to match individual components. Many builds require the correct combination of exhaust hardware, EGR parts, crankcase ventilation parts, and tuning support.
- Use a DPF delete pipe or exhaust section when the exhaust restriction is the main part of the upgrade.
- Choose EGR delete components when the build requires EGR block-off or cooler-related hardware.
- Add CCV or PCV reroute components when crankcase ventilation routing is part of the setup.
- Check tuner, unlock, or tune package requirements before installing emissions-related hardware.
Performance and Driving Benefits
A correctly matched diesel delete kit can support improved throttle response, better turbo efficiency, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and smoother highway or towing drivability. Some owners also report fuel economy gains after reducing exhaust restriction, especially during long-distance driving or heavy-load use.
Results vary by truck condition, tune level, supporting hardware, driving style, tire size, gearing, and load. For most owners, the practical value is simpler maintenance, fewer emissions-related restrictions, and a cleaner path to building an off-road diesel setup.
What to Check Before Ordering
- Confirm your exact year, make, model, and engine.
- Check whether your truck is a pickup or Cab & Chassis model.
- Review whether the kit includes DPF, EGR, DEF, CCV, tuner, or exhaust parts.
- Make sure any tuner, unlock device, or tune package matches your truck platform.
- Check installation space if the truck is lifted, rusted, or already modified.
- Review product instructions before installation and consider professional help for complex setups.
Why Choose SPELAB Diesel Delete Kits?
SPELAB diesel delete kits are organized by truck platform, model year, and modification type, making it easier to compare full kits and supporting parts without sorting through unrelated products. Many kits use direct-fit pipes, OEM-style flanges, durable stainless steel, and matched hardware to help reduce installation guesswork.
Product pages provide fitment details, included components, reviews, and installation-related notes so owners can confirm whether a diesel delete kit is the right match before ordering.
Installation Notes
Many all-in-one diesel delete kit options are designed with pre-bent pipes, direct-fit flanges, and included hardware for a cleaner installation. Experienced DIY owners may be able to install selected kits with proper tools, jack stands or a lift, and careful attention to the instructions.
Professional installation is recommended for complex builds, tuner-related setups, rusted exhaust systems, lifted trucks, or vehicles where fitment is uncertain. Matching the hardware and tune correctly is especially important on modern diesel platforms.

Extremely Happy!!
much cheaper than big brand and seems good quality, thank you Spelab.
Price was great w heavy discounts. Great 5R110 6.0 powerstroke aluminum, Red, deep pan. W bolts and gasket. Great packing and instructions.
This kit came with everything I needed to get the job done. There's a great SPE lab video online for installation help. Every piece felt quality and was simple enough to put together. Had extra hose after running all the way to the back of my rig so there's plenty provided. I just ran mine to atmosphere so there's a popcorn sound at the back of my rig now but it doesn't smell terrible. Definitely recommend this upgrade for anyone who wants a healthy engine. As for how hard the installation is, if you can change the CCV box you can install this kit.
Installed this SPELAB thermal bypass valve alongside a deep pan upgrade and the setup works flawlessly. Trans fluid temps drop fast and stay right where they should be.
The overall fit was great and the build quality feels solid. I noticed a past review complaining about the O-rings being the wrong size—just wanted to clarify that those O-rings aren't for the bypass block itself; they are meant for the metal threaded filter adapter. Don't let that review throw you off. Solid 5 stars!
Surprisingly fast shipping and decent quality with half of big brands price... will come back!
fits well, would be better with instruction.
love this red! Customer support is also very helpful. Hope it will last.
Love it! Fits my 2017 F250.
The fitment was fantastic And it went together really well and fast
Great shipping. Great product. Was easy to install even though I had to cut some pipe off but overall happy with product
Solid intake manifold, no fitment issues.
Fit perfect and was of high quality material I have had the plate on my truck for about 2 weeks now and it is working great thanks SPELAB
The cold air intake was easy and fast to install. it looks great and boosted my truck up a little for performance without breaking the bank. it’s the best bang for your buck even if your truck is stock or built it’s worth the money
hard parts are amazing and everything went together great
Diesel Delete Kit FAQ
No. Some diesel delete kits include tuning support, while others are hardware-only packages. Before ordering, check the selected product options to confirm whether a tuner, unlock device, tune package, or SOTF support is included.
The “From” price may reflect a single component, hardware option, or entry-level configuration rather than the full diesel delete kit. Open the product page and review the selected options carefully before checkout.
Not always. Pickup and Cab & Chassis trucks can use different exhaust routing, frame layouts, and emissions configurations. If the product notes say “does not fit C&C,” choose a Cab & Chassis-specific kit instead.
It is not recommended unless you have confirmed fitment, pipe size, flange location, sensor placement, and tuning compatibility. Mismatched parts can cause leaks, warning lights, poor fitment, or installation delays.
Not by itself. Warning lights, derate mode, or limp mode may involve sensors, wiring, tuning, exhaust restrictions, or existing mechanical issues. The hardware and tune must match, and stored codes may need proper diagnosis.
Confirm the current tuner, tune file, emissions configuration, and any previous hardware changes before buying another kit. A second tune or incompatible delete setup can create communication errors or drivability problems.
Experienced DIY owners may be able to install some kits with proper tools, safe lifting equipment, and the correct instructions. Rusted exhaust parts, lifted trucks, tuner-related installs, or uncertain fitment are better handled by a qualified shop.
In many areas, vehicles with removed or disabled emissions equipment will not pass emissions inspection or may not be legal for public-road use. Check your local rules before purchase, registration, inspection, or installation.
