Exhaust Systems
Built for drivers upgrading sound, flow, fitment, or exhaust repair, these systems help match pipes, mufflers, cutouts, headers, and tips by build goal.
Performance Exhaust Systems Overview
This collection brings together performance exhaust systems and related parts for gas and diesel builds, including cat-back exhaust kits, turbo-back and downpipe-back sections, electric exhaust cutouts, mufflers, headers, exhaust tips, clamps, and selected off-road diesel exhaust components.
The right exhaust setup depends on your vehicle, pipe diameter, sound goal, installation space, emissions requirements, and whether you want a repair part, a sound upgrade, or a more complete performance exhaust path.
Best For
- Drivers upgrading exhaust tone, flow, or appearance.
- DIY builders replacing leaking clamps, pipes, mufflers, or tips.
- Performance users comparing cat-back, turbo-back, downpipe-back, or cutout setups.
- Truck owners checking diesel exhaust fitment, pipe diameter, and sound level.
- Shops and fabricators matching universal exhaust parts to custom builds.
Choose by Exhaust Goal
| Goal | Useful Parts | What to Confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Sound upgrade | Muffler, exhaust tip, cat-back system, exhaust cutout | Sound level, drone, pipe size, local noise rules |
| Flow improvement | Headers, downpipe, turbo-back, downpipe-back, muffler delete | Engine fitment, flange style, sensor location, tuning needs |
| Exhaust repair | Clamps, gaskets, tailpipes, replacement sections | Leak location, pipe diameter, joint type, corrosion condition |
| Adjustable sound | Electric or manual exhaust cutout kits | Valve size, wiring, controller type, installation clearance |
| Diesel off-road exhaust | DPF delete pipe, race pipe, downpipe-back exhaust | Legal use, truck fitment, pipe diameter, tuner requirements |
Common Exhaust System Types
- Cat-back exhaust: Replaces the exhaust section after the catalytic converter and is often chosen for sound and flow.
- Turbo-back or downpipe-back exhaust: Replaces more of the exhaust path and is usually used on turbo or diesel builds.
- Electric exhaust cutout: Lets the driver switch between a quieter path and a more open exhaust route.
- Mufflers and muffler delete pipes: Change exhaust tone, restriction, and cabin drone depending on design.
- Headers and manifolds: Improve exhaust scavenging when matched to the right engine platform.
- Tips, clamps, and accessories: Finish the system and help solve leaks or fitment issues.
What to Check Before Ordering
- Confirm year, make, model, engine, drivetrain, and body configuration.
- Measure or confirm pipe diameter before buying universal exhaust parts.
- Check whether welding, cutting, wiring, or custom fabrication is required.
- Review sound expectations, especially for muffler delete or cutout kits.
- Confirm sensor bungs, flanges, clamps, hangers, and gaskets before installation.
- For emissions-related exhaust parts, confirm legal use and tuning requirements first.

- For tone and drone control, compare performance exhaust mufflers.
- For off-road diesel exhaust sections, review DPF delete pipes.

Surprisingly fast shipping and decent quality with half of big brands price... will come back!
fits well, would be better with instruction.
love this red! Customer support is also very helpful. Hope it will last.
Love it! Fits my 2017 F250.
The fitment was fantastic And it went together really well and fast
Great shipping. Great product. Was easy to install even though I had to cut some pipe off but overall happy with product
Solid intake manifold, no fitment issues.
Fit perfect and was of high quality material I have had the plate on my truck for about 2 weeks now and it is working great thanks SPELAB
The cold air intake was easy and fast to install. it looks great and boosted my truck up a little for performance without breaking the bank. it’s the best bang for your buck even if your truck is stock or built it’s worth the money
hard parts are amazing and everything went together great
Install was easy and straightforward. Everything lined up nice. Peace of mind knowing there are no worries about potential destroying my engine, due to a nut.
Highly recommend for 2009-14 F150 4x4 3.5 ecobeast!
Installed myself at home took a little over a week for everything to show up, install went tough but that was the trucks fault parts were all good and the tunes run smooth, getting a little over 2 mpg average better fuel economy definitely worth the money.
Made my truck run much better without having to worry about the grid heater bolt falling down in cylinder 6
So far it looks nice and fit pretty well.
Frequently Asked Questions
A cat-back replaces the exhaust after the catalytic converter, an axle-back replaces the rear section, and a turbo-back replaces more of the exhaust path from the turbocharger back. Fitment and legal use depend on the vehicle and system design.
Usually yes, but the sound level depends on muffler design, pipe diameter, resonators, exhaust tips, and whether a cutout or muffler delete is used. Choose a muffler-equipped setup if drone control matters.
Often yes. If the leak is limited to a clamp, gasket, joint, tailpipe, or small section, a replacement part may be enough. Inspect the full exhaust path before ordering.
Yes. Electric cutouts need wiring, a controller or switch, and enough clearance for the valve body. Check the kit size and installation location before purchase.
Most cat-back, muffler, tip, or cutout upgrades do not require tuning. Emissions-related diesel exhaust changes or major turbo-back setups may require compatible tuning.
No. Bigger pipe diameter can change flow and sound, but it is not always better for every engine. Match pipe size to vehicle use, engine setup, space, and sound preference.
Many bolt-on exhaust parts are DIY-friendly with safe lifting equipment and basic tools. Welding, rusted hardware, tight clearance, cutouts, headers, or custom routing may require a shop.
No for emissions-controlled public-road use in the U.S. or Canada. These products are intended only for permitted off-road, racing, or competition use where allowed by law.
