PLEASE NOTE!
Stop settling for messy, hollow CCV delete kits. The Clean-Route™ Gen-2 System is the ultimate upgrade for 2011–2024 6.7L Powerstroke, solving leaks and odors common with traditional multi-piece kits. Featuring a one-piece CNC-machined housing with an integrated high-density filter core, it eliminates gasket failure and filtration leaks for greater durability and simple bolt-on installation. Our exclusive Clean-Route™ technology routes blow-by gases to the rear tailpipe, removing engine bay fumes, cabin odors, and oily undercarriage or driveway residue. The kit includes a 7m reinforced hose and heavy-duty block-off plug. You can easily revert to stock using the plug — no costly exhaust modifications needed.
Gen-2 6.7 Powerstroke CCV Reroute Kit Key Features
- Integrated Oil-Gas Separation: Features a built-in high-efficiency filter core that traps oil vapor before it leaves the engine, preventing intercooler sludge and intake carbon buildup.
- Clean-Route™ Rear Venting: Includes an extra-long, reinforced silicone hose to route ventilation smoke directly into the rear tailpipe—eliminating the "diesel smell" inside the cab.
- Zero-Mess Chassis: Keeps your undercarriage and driveway free from oily residue and corrosive blow-by buildup.
- Precision CNC Construction: One-piece integrated filter machined from premium billet aluminum for a perfect, leak-proof seal and a factory-level fit.
- 100% Reversible Design: Includes a dedicated heavy-duty exhaust plug. If you ever need to return to stock, simply plug the port—no expensive exhaust pipe replacements required.
- All-Weather Protection: Prevents moisture and oil emulsification (sludge) in cold climates, protecting your engine’s most critical internal components.

Installation
Step 1: Preparation
- Ensure the engine is completely cool. Disconnect the negative battery terminals for safety. Locate the factory CCV box on the driver-side valve cover.
Step 2: Remove Factory CCV Components
- Disconnect the factory plastic vent lines from the CCV box.
- Unbolt the factory CCV box from the valve cover (keep the mounting area clean).
- Remove the factory intake resonance box or CCV cap if applicable to your model year.
Step 3: Install the CNC Integrated Filter

- Ensure the Viton O-ring is properly seated in the groove of the new CNC Integrated CCV Filter.
- Place the filter onto the valve cover.
- Secure it using the provided stainless steel bolts. Note: Use the optimized shorter bolt for the single-bolt engine cap piece as provided in the kit. Torque to factory specifications.
Step 4: Route the Hose
- Attach one end of the Reinforced Silicone Hose to the CCV filter using the provided AN-style fitting and clamp.
- Route the hose along the frame rail toward the rear of the truck.
- Pro Tip: Ensure the hose is secured away from moving parts (driveshaft) and extreme heat sources (DPF/Exhaust manifolds) using heavy-duty zip ties.
Step 5: Exhaust Integration (Optional but Recommended)
- Locate a suitable section on the rear exhaust tailpipe.
- Install the Rear Exhaust Integration Port. (If your exhaust is already prepped, simply thread the adapter in).
- Connect the end of the silicone hose to the port and secure it with a stainless steel clamp.
- If not integrating into the exhaust: Route the hose to a safe exit point at the rear and secure it.
Note: Ensure the short side of the fitting’s cut face is oriented toward the exhaust pipe outlet.
Step 6: Final Inspection
- Double-check all clamps and bolts for tightness.
- Ensure there are no sharp kinks or pinches in the silicone hose.
- Reconnect the batteries and start the engine. Check for any air or oil leaks around the new filter.
