Coolant temperature run cooler because they are not running through EGR Cooler.
Eliminates soot build-up and clogged EGR Valves.
Hot exhaust gasses are not being re-routed back into the motor.
Improved Fuel Economy and Engine Longevity An EGR delete helps restore your diesel engine’s power levels, which, in turn, improves overall fuel efficiency. Since an EGR delete kit diverts exhaust gas away from the engine, it runs cooler and cleaner. This process increases efficiency and reduces the risk of DPF (diesel particulate filter) failure.
Whether you're running a 2012 6.7L Powerstroke or a 2015 F250 Super Duty, this kit can deliver up to 20% better fuel economy and significantly improve engine life.
Reduced Engine Temperature EGR valves often become clogged with soot, causing hot exhaust gases to circulate inefficiently. This leads to higher engine temps and power loss. An EGR delete bypasses this, lowering both exhaust gas volume and coolant temps—ideal for trucks like the 2014 F350 or 2017 F250 6.7L Powerstroke under heavy loads.
Helps Save Money Repairing or replacing a failed EGR system can be expensive. Installing an EGR delete kit on models like the 2016 F450 or 2013 F250 removes this future cost, making it a smart long-term investment for Powerstroke owners.

The plates were perfect. The hose on the other hand was a little small like 5/8 when it should have been 3/4. Couldn't get the hose on the lower radiator nipple. Ended up using a different hose. Other than that it's perfect fit and doesn't leak coolant

Wrong thread size
Beware I have the reducer for the EGT sensor to the block plate is 7/16 20 and the OEM factory size is 1/2 20. I had to tap it myself. This is not the first thing I have had to customize or even buy more from somewhere else to complete the job. They don’t send a lock clip with the Hot side charge pipe and cold air intake bracket has to be bent into the correct position to mount. Purchase with this company at your own risk!

Great product
Instructions were great, could
Be more detailed but overall great product, install wasn’t bad at all, unfortunately snapped oil dipstick tube following instructions but other than that I would say the plugs in the intake could’ve been put in prior rather than leaving room for install error
