Unlike the weak factory intercooler or standard tube-fin replacements, this unit features a massive 3.35-inch thick Bar-and-Plate core mated to Indestructible Cast Aluminum End Tanks. This rugged construction provides a massive "thermal mass," acting as a heat sink to absorb extreme temperature spikes during long, heavy pulls. The result? Drastically lower Intake Air Temperatures (IATs), a denser air charge, and critically, a significant drop in your Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs).

    We increased the core thickness by 34% over the factory 2.48-inch unit. The dense bar-and-plate structure offers immense thermal capacity, preventing the "heat soak" that plagues stock trucks during heavy towing or back-to-back dyno pulls.

  • Indestructible Cast Aluminum End Tanks
    Stop worrying about blowing a plastic tank or splitting a cheap weld. Our end tanks are cast from solid aluminum, providing unmatched structural integrity capable of handling compound turbos and extreme boost pressures (100+ PSI) without ballooning.

  • Engineered Internal Air Diverter (Hot-Side)
    A premium feature often missing in competitor units. We integrated an internal diverter valve in the hot-side tank. This forces the highly pressurized hot air to distribute evenly across the entire 21.5-inch height of the core, ensuring 100% of the cooling fins are utilized, rather than air just taking the path of least resistance.

  • Lower EGTs & Extended Turbo Life
    By drastically reducing pressure drop across the massive core, your VGT turbo doesn't have to work as hard to hit target boost. This reduces turbo strain, sharpens throttle response, and keeps your EGTs safely out of the red zone.

    Despite the massive increase in size and cooling capacity, this intercooler is designed to drop directly into the factory location without any cutting or modifications.
