PLEASE NOTE!
The DPF and EGR system are factory-installed to meet emissions standards, but they restrict engine performance, increase fuel consumption, and may cause long-term carbon buildup for your 2007.5-2010 6.6L Duramax. Deleting the DPF reduces exhaust backpressure, boosting power and fuel efficiency, while disabling the EGR prevents soot from entering the intake, reducing carbon deposits and extending engine life. Combining both deletes unlocks the full potential of your Duramax!
Key Features
- High-Performance Exhaust – Eliminates DPF restriction for better turbo response.
- Reduces Carbon Buildup – Stops soot from recirculating into the intake.
- Improved Fuel Economy – Optimizes combustion efficiency by reducing backpressure.
-
Extends Engine Life – Prevents heat and soot damage, lowering maintenance costs.

Installation
2007.5-2010 6.6L Duramax EGR Delete Kit Installation Instruction
Tuner Required for Installation: Installing a 6.6L Duramax delete pipe requires more than just swapping out hardware. When removing of the DPF, CAT, SCR, and/or DOC involves removing and eliminating emission related sensors. A DPF delete capable tuner is required to prevent any check engine light or diagnostic trouble codes from setting.
With or Without High Flow Intake Elbow Pipe?
EGR Delete Kit WITH High Flow Intake Elbow Pipe
- Improved Airflow: Reduces intake restriction, increases air volume, and enhances turbo response for smoother power delivery.
- Lower Intake Temps: Optimized elbow design helps reduce air intake temperatures, improving combustion efficiency.
- Performance-Oriented: Ideal for tuned engines, larger turbos, or other upgrades to maximize power potential.
EGR Delete Kit WITHOUT High Flow Intake Elbow Pipe
- EGR Removal Only: Solves carbon buildup and overheating issues but retains the stock intake system.
- Budget-Friendly: Lower cost, suitable for users not seeking extra airflow upgrades.
- Daily Driving Focus: Meets basic power and fuel economy needs but offers limited airflow improvement.
Best For
- High-flow version: Performance builds, towing, or tuned trucks needing better airflow.
- Standard version: Daily drivers prioritizing reliability and basic EGR-related fixes.
