Method of installation:
- u2460Remove the oil outlet dust cover and return oil outlet dust cover on the flange, and then insert the oil seal ring and the return oil ring.
- u2461Install the top seal ring into the urea tank.
- u2462Install the Pre-heater into the urea tank and rotate it to the right by 10u00b0tolock the oil tank firmly.Then press the top cover into the urea tank port,and press it tightly with the seal ring of the top cover.
- u2463Screw the flange plate to fix the top cover.
- u2464Install Urea pump assembly.
- u2465Connect vapour filtration lines,wiring plugs,etc.Use Ribbon to fasten the wiring
- u2466After all installed,it needs to meet certain conditions to make system work,so directly using computer to control the detection system to see whether it is working,or it is necessary to start the vehicle for a period of time to observe whether the system shows warning.
