Installation:

• Easy installation. It only needs a 4.5" diameter flat area on the fuel tank, easy to install about 10 mins after fuel is drained.
• 1. Use a 3u201d holes saw to cut the hole where you want to install the sump.
• 2. Place top plate through-hole, then thread the stainless bolt through housing and into the top plate.
• 3. Using a 7/32" Allen key tighten bolt until you have a tight seal, 30-40 ft-lbs. if you have a torque wrench should seal it up just fine.

Note:

• NO suction tube. NO need to drop the fuel tank to install.
• Not recommended for off-road use or for vehicles with potential ground clearance issues. Extra care must be taken to ensure that fuel tank is free of debris after drilling.
