Heater Blower

Auto Heater Blower The auto heater blower, also known as a heater fan or blower motor, is a crucial component of a vehicle's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. It is responsible for moving air through the vehicle's heating and cooling system, allowing for temperature control and climate regulation within the cabin. Function: Air Circulation The primary function of the heater blower is to circulate air from the HVAC system through the vehicle's heating and cooling components and into the cabin. This includes drawing in outside air or recirculating cabin air, depending on the selected settings.   Temperature Control The blower motor helps regulate the temperature inside the cabin by passing air over the heater core (for heating) or the evaporator coil (for cooling). By adjusting the blend of hot and cold air, it contributes to the desired cabin temperature. Defrosting and Defogging In addition to heating and cooling, the blower motor plays a vital role in defrosting and defogging the vehicle's windows by directing warm or cool air to the windshield and windows, clearing them of moisture and frost.
